Terms of use

Last updated 13 August 2026

By using Crawlink Expense you agree to these terms. They apply to the service at https://expense.crawlink.com, operated by Crawlink Networks Private Limited.

The service

Crawlink Expense is a tool for recording expenses and income. It is not accounting software, it does not produce statutory accounts, and nothing in it constitutes financial, tax or legal advice. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you record and for meeting your own filing obligations.

Your account

You need a Google account to sign in, and you are responsible for keeping it secure — anyone who can sign into your Google account can reach your books. You must be old enough to enter a contract in your jurisdiction. One person, one account: do not share credentials, invite the person instead.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to:

  • store anything unlawful, or anything you do not have the right to store
  • attempt to reach another organisation's data, or probe the service for ways to
  • place a load on the service designed to degrade it for others
  • resell it or present it as your own product

We may suspend or remove an account that does any of these.

Cost

The service is free. There is no paid tier, and we are not charging you later without telling you first — see the pricing page. If that ever changes, existing accounts will get notice and a way to export everything before it does.

Availability, and no warranty

The service is provided as-is, with no warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be available, uninterrupted, or free of defects. Keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose — the CSV export exists for exactly this, and using it periodically is a sensible habit rather than a sign of distrust.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Crawlink Networks Private Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost or corrupted data arising from your use of the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Ending it

You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Danger zone; it takes effect immediately and is not reversible. We may end your access if you breach these terms, and will usually give you a chance to export your data first unless the breach makes that unwise.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; material changes will be dated at the top and announced on the site. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction.
