Free, and it stays free

Know where the money went

Track expenses and income, file every bill against the entry it belongs to, and see party-wise and monthly totals without building a spreadsheet. Free, and it works on your phone.

No card, no trial, no entry limit. Google sign-in only.

1

Sign in with Google

No form, no password, no confirmation email. Your first organisation is created for you, already stocked with sensible categories.

2

Record as you go

Amount, what it was for, and the date — that is the whole required form. Party, category, tags and the bill are there when you want them and out of the way when you do not.

3

Ask the awkward question

How much did we spend with that supplier this year? What did Site-2 actually cost? Pick a range, pick a pivot, read the number.

Everything a small set of books needs

And deliberately nothing more. No invoicing, no payroll, no ledger theory — just what went out, what came in, and being able to answer for it later.

Expenses and income in one ledger

One list, two directions. Log what went out and what came in against the same parties, categories and tags, and the net is always a subtraction rather than a reconciliation between two apps.

The bill lives with the entry

Photograph a receipt or attach a PDF invoice at the moment you record the amount. Six months later the proof is one tap from the number, not in a folder you have to remember naming.

Party-wise totals

Every landlord, supplier, client and employee gets a running total of what you paid them and what they paid you. Open a party to see the whole history and the balance between you.

Tags that survive contact with reality

Tag an entry Reimbursable, Q3, or Site-2 — as many as fit. Reports pivot on tags the same way they pivot on categories, so the question you did not plan for is still answerable.

Monthly and yearly, without a spreadsheet

Pick a range and get period totals, a trend line and a breakdown by party, category, tag and status. Export any filtered view to CSV when someone wants it in Excel.

Shared books, clear roles

Invite your accountant or a colleague by email address. Admins manage the org and its people; members record and read. Anyone can leave, and an admin can erase everything in one confirmed click.

Start with the expense you are about to forget

Signing in takes one tap and creates your first set of books, already stocked with categories you can change.
