Email is the whole support system. It is read by the people who build this, and you will get a reply.
hello@crawlink.comTell us what you did, what happened, and roughly when. If it involves a specific entry, the organisation name and the date are usually enough for us to find it — please do not send screenshots of anything you would rather we did not see.
Both are self-service and neither needs us: any filtered list exports to CSV from the app, and Profile → Danger zone deletes your account along with every organisation you solely administer. Email us if either does not work for you.
Welcome, with the caveat that this is deliberately a small tool. Things that help you record faster or answer a question you actually have are likely; invoicing, payroll and double-entry bookkeeping are not.
